Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Arlington

I need child care for my 3-year-old daughter every other week Mon & Weds from 2p-9p. She is on the spectrum and is in preschool (& has 1/2 days on those days). She is also non verbal (says words but whispers them). I currently have a nanny but she is unavailable on those days. I will be in the home at the time (I work from home). Pls let me know if you have experience and are available. Thank you!
