Nanny Needed For My Children In Arlington.

I have two boys (K and grade 3) who attend Catholic school. I need to have them picked up from school, either at dismissal time (3pm) or 4 p.m. On Wednesday's, they have a class at 4:15. They need to get changed for that and then come home to get ready for bed and do homework. On Thursday's, they need to be picked up and then do a little homework and eat (healthy snacks) and an early dinner. I also need this on some Friday's, some help every other weekend and occasionally evenings. I am divorced and the schedule is set, but I don't always know what my needs will be on the evenings / weekends that I have them, but I do need extra help depending on work. I am looking for someone positive, upbeat, who does well with structure, homework & has 2 or more reliable references.
