Here are the key requirements: Must have two full days available Monday-Friday 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. A minimum of 1 year of childcare experience outside of family and friends and post high school Experience with children under 2 years old You may need to commute up to 60 minutes on some days. Now, let's get to the good stuff. We're all about providing top-tier childcare, and the best part is, you're the boss of your schedule. Work anywhere from 15 to 50 hours per week, choose your own days, and tweak your availability as life unfolds. You'll have the chance to work with both new families and those who can't get enough of your care, making each day a new adventure. Pay rate is $19-24 an hour depending on experience. Here is a glimpse into the day of an Elite Nanny: Connect: Upon arrival, meet and greet your host family and take a moment to understand what's on everyone's agenda for the day. Building that initial connection sets the tone! Engage: Dive right in! Familiarize yourself with the kids, create a welcoming space, and get down to their level for some quality bonding time. Let the fun begin! Play: The heart of the day is a$ver a dull moment. Safety First: Always keeping a watchful eye, ensuring the safety of your young charges is your top priority. No compromise here! Meal and Snack Time: Discuss lunch plans and, if needed, prepare a light, nutritious meal for the kids. Keeping them fueled and satisfied is all part of the job.
