I live in Ballston and have an 8 and 5. 5-year-old. On Dec 4 and 5 my normal childcare has fallen though. Ideally I would have someone who could drive the kids from Ballston to their school, then pick them up in school and drive them home, then stay home with them until I get back from work. Dec 4 that would mean pick up about 7:30 a.m. in Ballston, drop off about 8:15, pick up in 3:15, stay in Ballston til I get home about 7:30 p.m. Dec 5 would be the same except Id be home earlier, like 5:30. If I cannot find anyone who can do the drive, Ill have to pull them out of school and then it would just be babysitting at home during those hours.
