Babysitter/Nanny For 3 Children In Arlington

I'm looking for a reliable babysitter/nanny for our three children (all boys). The two eldest children would be picked up from their school bus, and the youngest picked up from his daycare. Care provider would be asked to entertain children until parents come home, up to three hours each day (from 3 p.m. to 6pm). Possible assistance with transporting children to/from soccer practice or swimming class.
