I work from home full time and have conference calls and meetings during the day at different times each day. I am looking for occasional help for usually no more than 2 hours in a day and likely no more than 2 days a week. There will be no consistent time or pattern as it is determined by my call schedules and other help I may have. When I return to work my baby will be 6 months old. I don't have an ideal day. Perhaps the baby will be napping and I'd need someone to watch the baby if I'm on a call. Maybe take the baby on a walk, etc.
