We have had a live in Au pair for the past 7 years, changing every 1-1. 5years. Current Au pair does not drive. At a minimum, I need a "driver" to pick kids up and bring them home in the 2:30-3:30 hour to drop with Au pair. But ultimately, I'm looking to replace the Au pair with afternoon pickup/supervision to start homework and run to pre-dinner activities M/T/R 3p-6p; W 2p-6p; Fridays noon-6p. Will consider 5 p.m. stop if necessary.
