We are looking for a great nanny for 3 young children in Alexandria. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping and habit-building to keep a tidy home. Care would take place in our home playroom. My husband and I work hybrid from home/the office and would be available if there was an urgent need or an emergency. Given the intense demands of three kiddos, we're working diligently to establish routines and schedules so as to make day to day easier and more streamline for everyone. Our ideal candidate would be onboard with maintaining these routines and cultivating helpful habits in our kiddos. We also recognize the utility of occasional screentime in a pinch, but our ideal candidate would be confident with screen-free childcare.
