Sitter For Date Nights And Occasional Weekends

I'm looking for an occasional babysitter for date nights and some weekends. I have a 4-year-old daughter I'm currently potty training and I'm looking for someone who is young, playful, and talkative. Advanced fluency in English is must. I'll pay up to $35 an hour for a well qualified sitter. My family and I are very active and enjoy the outdoors. My daughter loves being outside! I allow her to go outside on our 3/4 acre grounds anytime the weather permits. She loves animals and has a toy animal collection she takes everywhere. My daughter needs support with potty, dressing, and feeding. She is independent in other areas. I'm looking for a patient and kind caregiver. I'm a patient and kind woman and will accept nothing less than that for my daughter. My home has parking and the bus stop is two blocks away. We have no pets.
