An ideal candidate will have the following: Nido Infant Certification A bachelor's degree in psychology, early childhood education, education, or other behavioral science degree. Experience working with children ages 0-3 in a group setting such as daycare, aftercare, or nursery for a minimum of 3 years. Familiarity with child-led philosophies such as Reggio Emilia or Montessori and/or open to learning more! Experience using Brightwheel or Procare to upload lesson plans and communicate with parents Experience completing and submitting lesson plans using Brightwheel or Procare Software Ability to work in the United States legally Ability to work in a team environment Ability to speak , read and write English fluently Pediatric CPR & First Aid Certificate (Active) Ability to use a tablet/cell phone to upload photos and other content to Brightwheel or Procare Ability to take directives from immediate supervisor and adhere to licensing standards Ability to maintain professional standards for employment including reporting for work on time Commitment to work assignment and confidentiality standards Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance while on campus Willingness to complete on-site interview and classroom screening process**** Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22. 00 per hour Expected hours: 37. 5 per week
