About the job
We are a Catholic family living in the Fort Hunt neighborhood of Alexandria Virginia. We have three children: a 4. 5-year-old daughter, a 2. 5-year-old daughter, and a 6-month-old baby boy. We are looking for a nanny who can work 32 hours/week Monday-Thursday. We have a very large home with a big backyard and two playrooms. Mom and dad sometimes work from home. Our oldest daughter goes to preschool 3 days/week from 9-12, so we'd like our nanny to be able to pick her up on Mondays and Wednesdays if needed (mom and dad often handle it). Safety is also a priority, especially as our baby starts putting things in his mouth and crawling. The most important quality in a nanny is that she is a loving and caring presence in our children's lives.
