About the job
We are two families seeking a warm, experienced nanny to care for our two infants (6 months and 4 months old as of April 2025) in a nanny share arrangement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about child development and skilled at managing multiple children. Primary Responsibilities: Provide attentive, loving care for two infants, including feeding, diapering, nap schedules, and all daily care needs; Create age-appropriate activities that support developmental milestones; Plan and lead outdoor activities daily, weather permitting; Maintain detailed daily logs of feedings, naps, and activities; Prepare bottles and baby food as needed; Keep childcare areas clean and organized; Communicate proactively with both families about children's development, concerns, and daily updates; Support household chores related to baby care.
