I'm looking for a great part-time nanny for 2 children. This would be ideal for someone who is in school or maybe works another job. I would love to have someone who has some experience with a normal 5-year-old that has slightly challenging behavior at times. We are looking for help in the morning (before they go to school/daycare) and evenings to pick them up from daycare and after-school care. There will likely be times that my husband or I are around but need the flexibility to stay later at work or go in earlier.
