Babysitter Needed For My Children In West Bountiful

We are looking for a great babysitter for my children in West Bountiful. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, and who is CPR certified. Someone familiar with ADHD, OCD, DMDD, along with their coping strategies would be a plus. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly. Our children are 9+ years old and are fairly independent. The main reason we need a sitter is for our 13-year-old with special needs. She has cognitive delays and is mentally closer to 8-10 years old. She also has DMDD and needs eyes on her at all times. She is in treatment, is not violent, and takes care of her own body. We are hoping to find a special someone who we can build a relationship with. We'd like to hire them consistently for babysitting, eventually for overnight trips, and then maybe longer trips (3 nights max).
