About the job
4 kids, 3 girls 1 boy: a bit of a trauma background. One girl has adhd/autism but independently functions, just sometimes gets overstimulated and needs some sensory regulation; looking for someone who can stay calm and redirect/guide conflict resolution rather than punish. Absolutely no isolation or spanking.
