My husband has an agreement in place for when he has the children. Currently we get them Friday-Sunday, but every 3rd Monday of the month as well. We also get them on quite a few holidays and school breaks. He works a conflicting schedule and only has Sunday and Wednesdays off. We just had a baby and I need to find help watching the children while he is at work. Our schedule may differ every week, but we should be able to look at the entire year and give you an idea of when you would need to care for them while he is gone at work.
