Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Syracuse

I need a nanny for my two children, aged 1 & 5. The 1-year-old will need consistent care, and the 5-year-old is in preschool and will only need care intermittently (one-off schedule changes, when she's sick, etc.). One afternoon a week both kids will be gone to visit their dad. Which day may change. My 1-year-old son needs feeding, changing, playing, and takes a nap in the late morning/early afternoon. My 5-year-old daughter will need to be fed snacks and lunch (if she's home). She needs activities like coloring, games, etc., to entertain her. I expect some light cleaning to be done, such as wiping up the counter after lunch and tidying the toys. We may move in the next few weeks, so some flexibility in driving is needed.
