MWF Part-time Nanny In Saratoga Springs

I'm looking for a part-time nanny who can watch our almost 2-year-old toddler at our home. We have a nanny who has been with us for about a year, but sadly she is moving on. My husband and I work from home upstairs. I will go on mat leave in April. This will not impact hours - I would love to have someone help me by entertaining our toddler while I focus on the baby and postpartum recovery. Toddler will go to daycare in June, and baby will need your care when I'm back at work. Mon 9a - 3p Wed 9a - 3p Fri 9a - 12p I'm looking for someone who is reliable, kind, patient and is a good communicator. I focus on gentle parenting and want our nanny to be the extension of that - use collaboration, redirection, and empathy.
