Natural Minded Momma Looking For Care For 4 Yo Boy And 4 Mo Old Girl

I am looking for part time care for my almost 4 yo son and 4-month-old daughter while I work from home. This job requires juggling the needs of a 4-month-old as well as a busy preschool aged boy. He loves to play trucks, do puzzles, ride his bike, pretty typical boy things, but I'd also love for him to be doing educational activities/arts and crafts as well. We are still trying to figure out his school situation this year so that's TBD! We live a very natural minded life. Minimal plastic use, cloth diapers (though disposables are still used from time to time!), cell phones in airplane mode, shoe free house! You will have to be okay being barefoot or in slippers and not wearing fragrances or using strong scented laundry detergent (I have a sensitivity). You won't have to do any driving beyond getting yourself here. The ideal hours would be 8 am-1 p.m. mon- fri. I do have some flexibility in my schedule so if those hours don't work for my but something close to it does (like shorter hours one day, a little longer on another) I am open to making some shifts. One other thing I like to be upfront about is that I'd like to pay as a W-2 employee. I do offer half pay for any days you miss when we are on vacation or sick.
