Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Salt Lake City.

I am a single mom who works full time and on call hours. My dad has been helping me for the past year, but is not following my wishes for a structured bedtime, and I cant take it anymore. I need someone willing to help me setup a bedtime routine, preferably with experience in establishing structured routines with children. My children are also not fully potty trained. They can pee no problem, but have trouble pooping on the potty. Im happy to help with that unless our nanny would prefer to work alone. I know sometimes parents being present can make things more difficult. I just cant do this on my own anymore.
