I have a daughter on the spectrum and I need someone available on varying evenings of the week. ideally, the candidate will have experience working with children with autism. This person should also have a lot of patience as well as energy in the evenings for a kid who might be bouncing off the walls. She primarily just requires a lot of attention, but loves companionship and having fun. Some nights will just be watching movies and others. You might be going to the park or taking the dog for a walk.
