After School Pick Up And Evening Help For 2 School Aged Kids.

We have 2 children ages 7 and 10 years. I work a very variable job, meaning that every week looks different. We are looking for someone to help pick up the kids from school (3:30 p.m. M-Th and 1:15 p.m. on Friday's) and get them to some after school activities (if I am working days, I would be home by 5:30 ish). But, if I am working an evening, then I would need someone from 3:30-9 p.m. I am also looking for some Saturday help. My husband has both Sunday and Monday's off, so these would be guaranteed days off. I have my schedule very far in advance and would be willing to show a typical week. It's just that every week would look different. I am anticipating that we would need someone on average 15 hrs/week. My children are in Spanish immersion, so Spanish speakers encouraged to apply.
