10 Month Old Nanny Position - Millcreek

We are looking for childcare for our 10-month-old daughter. We both work from home. We value play based learning, baby led weaning introduction to solids in a safe way (CPR and first aid certification is a must). We value routine with sleep and food, and flexibility with learning and developmentally appropriate games, toys and entertainment. We offer a comfortable and laid back home where our lives intersect. IE: we will come up for lunches and to visit with our baby. We expect you to have patience and hold space for difficult transitions as she views us coming and going in order to help her make sense of transitions and learn self regulation and attachment to others. She loves food, she LOVES sleep, she loves floor time and walks in the stroller with you around the neighborhood. She loves music, clapping, singing and being playful. She loves to explore her space and find ways to practice (supervised) autonomy Mon 1-5 p.m. or 6 p.m. Tues 9-5 p.m. Wed 9-5 p.m. Thurs 1-5 p.m. or 6 p.m. We need support with developing a home based routine for feeding, play, sleep.
