We are looking for a house manager/ nanny. Because I am home a lot of the time I would need someone who can do household chores while I spend time with the baby (ie - laundry, dishes, light meal prep, managing household.) We have housekeepers twice a week so no deep cleaning but a lot of upkeep and management.
