We need help creating some structure for our child to do fun activities, school work and provide snacks. He does not attend school every day. He does best if he can self-direct his activities with some support and needs help with executive functioning (he is autistic and has ADHD). He needs a care giver who can provide choices and lots of flexibility. An understanding of autism, PDA and a non-behavioral approach is important. He does best with caregivers who have a sense of humor, can have fun, engage with him and not be on their phone constantly. He loves to play video games and would love to have a caregiver who would like to play video games with him. He loves working on Legos, art, music and a. good math mystery.
