1-year-old girl, no special needs. We are hoping to find someone to help us 20-25 hours a week, we will both be available via phone and able to be home within 20 minutes if anything comes up. (ideally working from home often as well). We are hoping to find someone who understands our cleanliness and is willing to help us take care of our daughter during the day until she's a bit older and we are more comfortable with a Daycare/Montessori program.
