I work from home most of the times, which allows me to be present if help is needed, but since I am in a lot of meetings, I need to be present at work. My work start and end times are very flexible. Every month I get a day off where I might not need childcare for her. We like to travel. During those weeks, we also wouldn't need any help. An ideal day would be for the nanny to watch her from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. where they play with her, feed her, and change her diapers. Light laundry for her, washing her bottles, or cleaning up after her would be appreciated.
