ISO Nanny For 1 Toddler On Mondays And Wednesdays

Single mom looking for a nanny for my 2yo son. Hours may vary a bit and preference will be given to someone who is interested in helping out periodically on the weekend. I will WFH most of the time, so am looking for someone who is comfortable taking a toddler on little adventures (my car will be available). I would also love to work with a native Spanish speaker. Attachment-focused caregiving is a priority. My nannies have been like family members to me (not in a corporate/manipulative way). LGBTQIA* + ND friendly household. I have ADHD so that comes up a lot. I care about worker's rights and would want to create a comfortable environment for you, and also sometimes need a lot of help!
