Interact and engage with 2 children. Play with them, outdoor activities, and consider field trips if possible. We don't want someone sitting the children in front of a TV or computer. It is important to my wife and I that the person that is taking care of our children has family values similar to ours and won't be playing on their phones instead of engaging with the children.
