Seeking Full Time, Active And Engaged Nanny For Two Kids

Hello! I am seeking a full time nanny for my two kids. My baby boy is named A and he will be 5 months. He will need to be cared for full time. My toddler girl is named J and she is 3 years old, and she goes to preschool three days a week from 8:30-3:30. So on those days, you'd only watch her from 4-5 when she is home. The schedule may vary slightly as I sometimes get off work at 3 or 4. But you are getting at least 40 hours a week. I work at a website and often have early meetings so we need you here at 8. I'm looking for someone who is good at and willing to do the following: 1-- Get the kids out of the house. Be active outside. Enjoy playing outside. Go to parks and museums. I don't want a home body. The kids do so much better when they are active and engaged out of house. 2- Willing to teach academic material to my toddler and play on the ground with the kids. I want to find someone who loves to engage children instead of being on their phone all day. 3- willing to do chores only related to childcare such as emptying the diaper pail or picking up J room. These things are including in the pay. No housekeeping or cooking is required. We can negotiate more pay for those things if interested. 4- willing to work for $20/hr and be a real employee, which means you will receive a direct deposit that will take taxes out at the time of the payment. We follow the law and have you set up as an employee as opposed to paying under the table. This means you will not be caught having to pay taxes as a contractor. 5- be on time because we both work and can't be late. Note- we are open to a nanny that has their own child that needs to come along to our house
