Nanny Full-Time For 10 Month Old - Bluffdale (ASAP)!

We are looking for a full-time nanny for our almost 10-month-old. With both parents working full-time (father traveling a lot for work), we are looking for some consistency with full-time care, but would also like a bit of flexibility if we can be home (hours/days could vary a bit travel/work schedule). We have 2 dogs (Boxer - 65lbs & Mini Aussie - 35 lbs) and a fenced yard for them. We would want someone with comfortability around animals. We would need someone with the ability to easily navigate up/downs stairs with the baby. The playroom/nursery is on the 2nd floor. We are expecting light housekeeping per usual with the little one, but especially as she is getting close to crawling around full-time to maintain cleanliness.
