My verbal and social adult autistic daughter needs a caregiver for afternoons (she usually sleeps mornings). She has anxiety and ADHD and just needs a calm, gentle, and responsible older-sister person to engage with her, help her where she has physical limitations (bending and lifting), take her out of the house (e. g., to the library, a craft store or a park), remind her to take her meds, and be a friend. She doesn't drive and gets bored being at home with her 17-yr-old brother (who is generally doing homework or music lessons or art). Some light tidying up would be needed also. I'm a single mom, teach at BYU, and have evening work obligations or travel up to roughly 5 days a month. On those days, I would need your help to prepare dinner and stay for some of the evening/weekend. In case you're allergic--I do have a friendly dog.
