We are looking for a nanny that is motivated to invest in their relationship with our 2 toddler-age daughters! 3 and 18 months. Both girls love to play, be silly, & are contagious/engaging personalities to be around (without being too high energy or overwhelming). We're happy to provide references from past caregivers so you can hear more about their experience with us - they will voice for our professionalism & flexibility. I'm a traveling musician that goes on tour for 3-5 weeks at a time. We are looking for someone to watch our girls for short shifts 2/3 days a week while I'm on the road and while I'm home for our date nights. We are willing to pay for a "test-shift" to see if the pairing is a good match. We are also open to generously paid weekend work if we find someone that we trust enough to manage our home for multiple day shifts. We are looking for a caregiver that can be truly present, mindful, & driven to earn our daughters trust. Must be smoke free, have own reliable transportation, & be comfortable with two hyper little mini golden doodles! We're allowed to feel. We want someone with emotional intelligence that can help our girls feel through and connect during overwhelm. We don't want a punisher. loves anything water related and playing outside. She loves dragging around with her (sometimes against her will) and has a hilarious fixation with excavators. Our girls need help with being empowered to do things for themselves. Pick up after themselves, put things away, accomplish small tasks, & minimize learned helplessness. Personality, temperament, & consistency are everything. That's what we factor most into our wage. Our home does have parking in the driveway and visitor parking! We have two mini golden doodles! They love a little too hard sometimes at first but settle down quickly. We have kennel and backyard if the kids need dog free time.
