Seeking Consistent Sitter-->Trusted Overnight Care Provider

Hi there! We're looking for an experienced sitter for occasional overnight stays, potentially for 1-4 nights, so Mom and Dad can enjoy a long weekend away. Our amazing sitter who used to help us just had a baby, and we're hoping to find someone equally wonderful to join our little village. Our daughter is 3, full of joy, loves outdoor play, and while she's a typical toddler who occasionally has her moments, she's generally a lot of fun to be around. To ensure she's comfortable, we'd like to start with regular babysitting for days and date nights before transitioning to overnights. We're hoping to find someone who is creative, fun-loving, and enjoys imaginative play but also values structure and routine. We don't use screen time, which we know can be tricky, but she's used to it and thrives with hands-on activities and interaction. If this sounds like a fit for you, we'd love to hear from you!
