Were looking for someone proactive and kind who can watch our kids during weekly evening obligations we have. It would often be over the dinner/bedtime hour and then ideally have a bit of time for light cleaning after the kids are in bed. There will likely be extra week-of opportunities for more shifts that would be helpful but not come with the same expectation as the consistent schedule they are committed to. Our toddler is very energetic and loves to read/learn/play so were looking for someone that can help him feel cared for and not just tolerated. Our baby is chill and thrives on routine.
