Continuous Part Time Childcare For 1 Toddler

We are looking for a part time nanny to care for my toddler. My days that I work are somewhat flexible. I'm hoping to work Tuesdays and Thursdays. I have other kids who are in school, so you may watch them for about an hour after they get home. They walk/bike home so transportation is not required. With that being said, my toddler is in love with playing outside and we want someone who takes the initiative to take him outside and to plan different things to do with him. You will need to make lunch for him and give him snacks. Light housekeeping is a bonus, but not required. He still naps, so you may have an hour or two of free time.
