Short Term Nanny - 7 Month Old

We are seeking a short-term nanny for our 7-month-old daughter, as our current nanny will be going on maternity leave around late Feb or early March. To ensure a smooth transition, we'd like someone to start in late Jan or early Feb, with a schedule of once a week to help our baby gradually get acquainted with a new caregiver. Once our nanny returns, we hope to maintain this relationship for weekend date nights. Both my husband and I work from home, and are looking for someone who can come at a minimum from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Mon, Tues, and Thurs. However, due to the nature of our jobs, there may be weeks when we will need additional flexibility, such as earlier start times, later hours, or availability on Wednesdays or Fridays. We are looking for someone who can accommodate this flexibility in their schedule.
