40-50 Hrs/week Nanny In NSL For 4 Kids, Starting In July

We are moving to UT from MA in late June and looking for a new long-term nanny for our four children ages 6, 4, 2 and 9 months. My husband and I work full time from home. My husband has a very stable schedule, 9-5, while mine can be more variable / require traveling. Care will be 8:30am-5 p.m. in our home, M-F, with flexibility to start a bit earlier (8) or end a bit later (6-7) when I am out of town and/or end earlier when I have afternoons off. In the summer, will care for all children; in fall older two are in school full time. Responsibilities include lunch preparation for kids; transport to/from school and activities; helping kids keep their areas of the home tidy Requirements: Must have prior nanny or similar experience; Experience with babies under age 2; Good driver; Easy-going personality; Ability to commit to 2-3+ years
