I'm looking for a nanny or sitter for nights, weekends, and possibly overnight this Friday. I'd love to meet you beforehand to make sure it's the right fit. My daughter is almost 3 1/2 years old, she's incredibly intelligent, loves quality time, and thrives on one-on-one interaction. I need someone who will truly engage with her, not just sit on their phone while she plays. I'm looking for someone who can offer her a bit of structure, but with lots of sweetness and care.
