Organized, Kind And Responsible Nanny

I am looking for a nanny who is responsible, organized, energetic, creative & will play with the kids. We have a big yard and passes to Thanksgiving Point as well as Airborne. Responsibilities will be watching the kids, driving them to activities, helping with homework, keeping schedules organized, some housekeeping duties (dishes, laundry). During the school year (Aug-May), It is important for this person to be very organized to help me in the day to day working closely on a variety of tasks, sometimes running some errands.
