Part Time Nanny For Cute 4 Year Old Girl

I'm looking for a consistent reliable babysitter for our business meetings. This is a part time position and will average 8-12 hours a week mostly in the evenings after 5 p.m. during the week and often Saturday mornings/ days. This will need to be flexible to schedule changes depending on each week's meetings. Some weeks may be more hours depending on if we have larger full day meetings that would be up to 20 hrs.
