Hiring a part time back-up nanny & date night babysitter. My husband and I are looking for a back up nanny and babysitter for our 6-month-old daughter. We both work full time jobs and need coverage throughout the week. We're looking to hire someone as a back up to our full time nanny, when she's sick or on vacation. We also travel a bit for work and miscellaneous events - usually once a month. We need someone to help out on those weekends or for date nights. We would need someone to help with watching our baby (play-time, walks), helping with nap time, meal prepping or bottle feeding, and light housekeeping related to her stuff.
