My husband and I both work from home and are looking for someone who will take great care of our kids while we are working. We are looking for someone who is willing to get on our kids' level and play with them, imagine with them, spend a lot of time outside and be active with them, and just have fun! A day of nannying would be helping the kids get ready for the day, giving them breakfast, lunch, and snacks in between, and then playing for the rest of the day! We value respectful/gentle treatment of our children, limited phone usage in front of our kids (we want them to know they are more important than devices), and engagement, we want someone who will play and have fun, not just sit around and watch the kids while they do their own thing. We really value the relationship we have with those who care for our kids!
