Mother's Helper Needed For 2 Children

We are looking for a great mother's helper for our two youngest children, a 3-year-old and an 8-month-old. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a mother's helper who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. Father works from home. Mother will also be home most of the time, but needs rest in the afternoon. We have two older children, a 10-year-old and 9-year-old, that will usually be in school and won't need watched when they are home. Our 3-year-old son is speech delayed, so we would like someone fluent in English to help him progress.
