5-10 days a month I am on call early for my job. What I'm looking for is someone to be on call (paid) and come over if I get called in anytime from 5:30am-9 a.m. Two kids- 5y and 7y, they'll need dropped off at school approximately 1 mile away at 8:30 a.m. Happy to talk pay arrangements and come up with something that works, rates for on-call vs getting called in.
