I am looking to hire a babysitter to watch my kids while I work. I work one day at the hospital and a couple days at home, so for the most part, my schedule is flexible but random. Ideally I'm looking for someone to watch them 2-3 days a week. I have a 2. 5-year-old and 3-month-old.
