I am looking to hire a babysitter to watch my kids while I work. I work one day at the hospital and a couple days at home, so for the most part, my schedule is flexible but random. I have a 2. 5-year-old and 2-month-old. I won't be going back to work until November, but I figured I would try to find help before then.
