We are paying for the job, not to be distracted with other things while keeping my child alive. We are looking for someone clean, consistent and can do late nights. Willing to communicate more than less and wouldn't mind a camera in our home for check-ins. We are trying to keep to a schedule of feeding every two to two and a half hours, naps no longer than two hours until midnight, we are also trying to have her be familiar with a training potty before fully changing her diaper, and occasional tummy time. She is an overall chill baby, likes attention, talking, and lights.
