Live In Nanny With Free Rent And Pay To Help Morning And Evenings

I am a divorced Dad who currently has 50/50 custody and will soon have full custody. I spend tons of time with my kids, but I am limited as to how much I can do for them on my own. I have a basement that is private. I am looking for someone who wants to live rent free and help mornings and evenings with my kids during school days, and daytime help during days they are out of school. You will of course be paid for your time as well, but I am looking for someone who wants to live rent free as part of their compensation. I am looking for someone who can help with homework, keeping kids off of electronics, help enforce house rules, lite house cleaning, and helping to get the kids to keep up on their homework and chores. I am open to having a nanny that does not live at the house, but I would have to see how this would work.
