I'm looking for a flexible caregiver to watch my 2-year-old son and help with my newborn once they arrive in July. I work from home, so I can breastfeed and assist with the baby when needed, but I need someone who can follow a set schedule for the kids while also being okay with leaving early if I finish work sooner than expected. The caregiver should be comfortable looking after both kids, including the newborn's basic needs, and should be adaptable to changes in my workday.
