My daughter is about to be 7 months old and she usually wakes up between 5am-6 a.m. for a bottle. After about 2-3 hours she will need a nap. Until her nap, she spends time playing with toys and learning to sit/crawl. She has a bottle at least every 3-4 hours and is starting to eat puree at least once a day.
